POLICE arrested a 23-year-old man from Swindon on suspicion of possession of cannabis this morning.
Officers responded to reports of concerns for a person's welfare at around 6.30am today and took the man into custody when they arrived at the address on Percy Street.
Neighbours saw two police cars parked on Rodbourne Road and a police van on Percy Street.
