GRANGE PARK: Craig Harfield, 31, of Rycott Close, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath on December 20, 2020, damaging field fencing worth £100 and driving a Ford Mondeo on Hook Street, Royal Wootton Bassett, without insurance or a licence. He was sentenced to 16 weeks imprisonment suspended for a year and a half and must complete 150 hours of unpaid work and up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.

HIGHWORTH: Ben McFarlane, 31, of Windrush, admitted drink driving a Ford Focus on St Michael’s Avenue, Highworth, on June 27, 2020. He had 83mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £200, banned from driving for 20 months and ordered to pay £115 in costs and surcharge.

LIDEN: Andrew Miles, 25, of Barrington Close, pleaded guilty to disclosing a private sexual photograph or film with intent to cause distress. He received a 16-week prison sentence suspended for two years and must complete 180 hours of unpaid work and 20 rehabilitation days. A restraining order bans him from contacting his victim for two years. He must pay £85 costs and a £122 victim surcharge.

WEST SWINDON: Smith Miranda, 45, of Birdcombe Road, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath. He was fined £600, banned from driving for 16 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: A 17-year-old boy has admitted robbing another boy of a mountain bike on August 31, causing actual bodily harm to another boy and using a machete to threaten. He was bailed to appear before Swindon Crown Court on January 22 for sentence. The boy cannot be named as he is under 18.

GORSE HILL: Shae Hunt, 41, of Cricklade Road, was jailed for 15 weeks after she admitted stealing £166-worth of groceries from Waitrose on April 7, driving an Audi Q2 without insurance and breaching an earlier conditional discharge and suspended sentence. Magistrates imposed six penalty points and ordered she pay £85 costs and a £122 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: An Ilford man entered no pleas to allegations he attempted to rob a man of £72-worth of food and car keys on December 7. Dennis Pearce, 18, of New North Road, Hainault, was remanded in custody and will appear before the crown court on January 22.

SWINDON: Emma-Louise Colligan, 26, of Milestone Road, Carterton, admitted driving a Citroen C3 on Great Western Way, on January 4, while over the ketamine limit. She was found in possession of cannabis. She was fined £200, banned from driving for a year and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

POLICE: Wiltshire Police was granted a further six months to retain £10,000 cash seized from Ciaran Norton, of Glenfrome Road, Bristol, in January 2020.

WILTSHIRE: Rebecca Wolfe, 52, of Northampton Street, Bath, was jailed for 26 weeks after she admitted fraud by false representation. Over two years, between March 2015 and February 2017, she withdrew £3,750 belonging to her vulnerable victim. She was ordered to pay £1,000 compensation.

HAYDON WICK: Stewart Ramsay, 28, of Primrose Close, pleaded guilty to driving a Nissan Note on Whitworth Road on Christmas Day 2019 while over the cannabis and benzoylecgonine drug driving limit and in possession of cannabis. He admitted drug driving the same car on Darnley Close on June 25, 2020, while over the cannabis limit and in possession of the class B drug. He was banned from driving for a year and given an 18-month community order with 80 hours of unpaid work and up to 18 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

PARK NORTH: James Slatter, 29, of Bembridge Close, pleaded guilty to stealing £6,850 cash between June 1, 2018 and March 20, 2019. The charge gave the victim of the theft simply as “others”. He was given an 18-month community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £170 in costs and surcharge. No compensation was ordered as all the money had been repaid.

PARK NORTH: Ryan Willis, 18, of Kingswood Avenue, admitted damaging a stair gate, bathroom door, mirror and picture frame. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
