A VIDEO of a group of young people starting a fire at a property was shared on Snapchat last night.
Police and firefighters were called to the incident in north Swindon. There were no injuries.
Swindon Police posted on Facebook asking anyone with information to come forward. It said: "Where are your children right now? Have they come home smelling of smoke?
"A group of youths have been seen in person and by sharing videos on Snapchat of themselves starting a fire at a property in North Swindon. The consequences of this could have been catastrophic.
"Police and Fire have been in attendance and thankfully no one was injured.
"If you have seen the videos tonight and or have any information on those responsible, please call 101 where reports can be made anonymously or you can also call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
