PURTON: Michal Kasprzak, 22, of Stoke Common Lane, Purton Stoke, was fined £150 and given eight points after he admitted driving a VW Polo carelessly in Greenbridge Retail Park on September 5, 2020, and driving without insurance. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

WILTSHIRE POLICE: Police were given six months to detain an estimated £11,000 seized from Ieuan Davies and Michael Purchase, of Linnet Road, Calne, on March 4. The application was brought under Proceeds of Crime Rules.

MOREDON: Stefanie Kendall, 37, of Foxhill Close, admitted stalking. She was given a 12-month community order with a two year restraining order and must pay £175 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Jason Ranford, 34, of Augustus Street, London, had been due before Swindon Magistrates’ Court to answer an allegation he assaulted a man by beating in September 2020. His case was adjourned for a plea hearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on April 6.

GORSE HILL: Magistrates reopened the case against Kay Geddes, 56, of Cricklade Road. She had been convicted in her absence of careless driving. The trial will now be heard on August 5.

PINEHURST: Simon Smith, 41, of Cunningham Road, was fined £576 and banned from driving for 15 months after he pleaded guilty to drink-driving on the Coate Water roundabout last November. He must pay £85 costs and a £58 victim surcharge.

PARK SOUTH: Andrew Morse, 34, of Bexley Walk, admitted assaulting a man last April. He was given a 12-month community order with 60 hours of unpaid work and 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days.

He must pay £50 compensation and £180 in costs and surcharge.

GORSE HILL: Aidan Cleighton Hills-Hayward, 20, of Cricklade Road, was ordered to complete 40 hours of unpaid work after he pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation.

He made fraudulent transactions to the value of £1,144 between April and June 2020. Some of the money was used to pay for food and to feed a younger sibling, the court record notes. He must pay £600 compensation.

PINEHURST: Damion Davies, 28, Wavell Road, was fined £80 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge after he pleaded guilty to sending threatening text messages.

WALCOT: Daniel Melhado, 36, of Markham Close, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating. He was jailed for four weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation. The magistrates’ court record notes it was a sustained assault, with blows struck while the victim was on the ground and facial injuries were caused.

SWINDON: Tyler Bunce, 23, of Picket Piece, Andover, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour in Swindon last October and possession of cannabis. He was fined £284, ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge and the cannabis was forfeit. He was fined a further £94 and ordered to pay £50 compensation for an assault by beating, which he admitted.

WILTSHIRE: Trowbridge man Ian Henley, 47, of Soprano Way, admitted performing a sex act on a Zoom call in 2015 while a video of child sexual abuse was being streamed. He also admitted possession and distribution of indecent images of children. He was bailed to appear at Salisbury Crown Court for sentence on April 16 and was ordered to register as a sex offender.

WILTSHIRE POLICE: Detectives were granted a freezing order on £10,000 held in an ICICI Bank account by Vakul Patpatia, of Commercial Road. The order lasts for six months.

SWINDON: Mohit Kumar, 29, of Shaw Road, Newbury, was fined £270 and banned from driving for two years after he admitted drink driving a Seat Ibiza on Cirencester Way last September. He was ordered to pay £300 costs and £34 victim surcharge.

PARK NORTH: Cameron Lithgow, 60, of Penrose Walk, admitted resisting arrest. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay £82 in costs and surcharge.

BLUNSDON: William Hedges, 27, of Robinscroft, was fined £369 and given a 19-month driving disqualification. He admitted drink-driving a VW Passat and was ordered to pay £122 in costs and surcharge.
