A MAN who threw a brick through a window and made threats will be sentenced next month.
Appearing before Swindon Crown Court, Dwayne Henry, 32, of The Bungalows, Pinehurst, pleaded guilty to affray and criminal damage.
Judge Jason Taylor QC adjourned for a pre-sentence report and bailed Henry to return to the crown court for sentence on May 5.
At a hearing last year, magistrates heard that Henry had threatened to stab his victim after being asked to leave the man's home on July 14, 2019.
It was said he then threw a brick through the man’s kitchen window, striking him in the back of the head.
Tom Wilkins appeared for the Crown Prosecution Service during the short plea hearing at Swindon Crown Court on Wednesday. Emma Handslip represented Henry.
