A Redhouse man was fined for cutting another man’s telephone cables and allowing his dogs to poo on his victim’s lawn.
Andrew Lawrence, 39, of Chastleton Road, pleaded guilty to harassing his victim between June 21 and September 16, 2020.
The charge states he stopped on multiple occasions and took photos of the man’s property and CCTV system, looked at his internet covering, cut his BT cables and made threats that the man should be “concerned about his vehicle”.
Lawrence also allowed his dogs to defecate on his victim’s lawn.
Magistrates fined him £396 and imposed a 12-month restraining order banning him from going within three-and-a-half metres of the man’s house. He must not contact any member of his victim’s family.
The Redhouse man was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.
