A CHISELDON woman lashed out at a police officer - calling him a “little d*******”.
Police were called to reports of a disorder at Daniels Court, Chiseldon, on December 27 last year, Swindon Magistrates’ Court heard.
They arrived to find Katy Cuthbertson arguing with her then partner. When he was arrested, 32-year-old Cuthbertson became verbally abusive.
She kicked out at an officer who tried to restrain her, telling him: “Get off me, you little d*******.”
Mark Glendenning, mitigating, said his client was no longer together with the man. “He was clearly bad news for her in relation to using excess alcohol.” She apologised for her behaviour.
Cuthbertson, of Windmill Piece, Chiseldon, pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker and drunk and disorderly behaviour.
Magistrates fined her £80 and ordered she pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
