POLICE are appealing for information after a man lost his late brother's military medal.
The man lost the medal on the afternoon of Sunday, May 8, near the Morrisons in Brownlow Way.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police's Bolton North page said that the medal "has virtually no monetary value but holds huge sentimental value to the owner."
If anyone has found the medal, it can be handed in to Bolton Police Station, so that officers can reunite it with the rightful owner.
The medal, pictured above, is from the Northern Ireland campaign.
