HIGHWORTH: Owen Randall, 52, of Orange Close, was given three months’ imprisonment suspended for a year after he admitted possession of a pocket knife in Bournemouth. He was ordered to pay £50 costs and a £122 victim surcharge.

COVINGHAM: Timothy Scott, 52, of Wrenswood, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour with intent to cause a police sergeant alarm or distress.

The offence was aggravated by the fact it was motivated by hostility towards people of a particular sexual orientation. He was fined £346 and ordered to pay £120 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Morgan Scott, 21, of Gassons Way, Lechlade, was given a 12- month community order with 300 hours of unpaid work and banned from driving for three years after he admitted driving a Ford Focus on Great Western Way while disqualified and uninsured. He was ordered to pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

ASHTON KEYNES: Mark Borthwick, 35, of Ashfield, admitted causing actual bodily harm to a woman in Ashton Keynes.

He was given 12 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for two years. He must complete an alcohol treatment programme and pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

OAKHURST: Dean Reynolds, 27, of Metis Close, pleaded guilty to making a phone call that was grossly offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing.

He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge. It was deemed paid by time served.

BROADGREEN: Veriato Travasso, 40, of Graham Street, was fined £583 and banned from driving for 23 months after he admitted drink driving.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £58 victim surcharge.

OLD TOWN: Jade Tsokos, 28, of Orpen Close, pleaded guilty to drink driving a VW Polo on Mead Way.

She was banned from the roads for 19 months, fined £276 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

NORTH SWINDON: Tiago Coelho, 37, of Cassini Drive, admitted speeding on the A432 in South Gloucestershire. He was fined £68, given three points and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge.

SOUTH CERNEY: Elizabeth Maw, 50, of Berkley Close, South Cerney, pleaded guilty to speeding in Blackburn in October 2019.

She was given three points, fined £68 and must pay a £32 victim surcharge.

CHISELDON: Prince Pilme, 23, of Castleview Road, was given a six month conditional discharge after he admitted possession of cocaine. He was found not guilty of assault. Magistrates ordered him to pay a £22 victim surcharge.

PINEHURST: Isaiah Tafari, 20, of Beech Avenue, was found guilty of assaulting a police officer and a PCSO. He was fined £360 and ordered to pay £50 compensation to each victim. Magistrates ordered him to pay a £36 victim services surcharge.

TOOTHILL: Paul Henley, 32, of Icomb Close, admitted breaching a non-molestation order. He was fined £333 and told to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

WROUGHTON: Nicky Young, 18, of Thorney Park, was given a six month conditional discharge after he pleaded guilty to damaging a glass door. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £22 victim surcharge.

RAMSBURY: Jonathan Burford, 21, of Whittonditch Road, admitted doing £1,200-worth of damage to Ramsbury Recreation Ground in June 2018. Magistrates ordered he pay £1,252.49 in compensation.

PEATMOOR: Julianne Corp, 52, of Stockbridge Copse, was fined £120 for failing to stop at the scene of an accident in Tower Road and assaulting a police detention officer. She was given five penalty points and told to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Mark Thirkettle, 48, of Colbourne Street, admitted assaulting a nurse in February. He was fined £80, ordered to pay £200 compensation and £119 in costs and surcharge.

WEST SWINDON: Joshua Muies, 29, of Mustang Way, was given a 12 month community order with 40 hours of unpaid work after he pleaded guilty to drug driving.

He was banned from the roads for 23 months and ordered to pay £175 in costs and surcharge.
