RODBOURNE: Land next to Test House Roundabout on Kemble Drive could have 50 flats built on it. The application (reference S/21/1706TB) includes details for access, parking, landscaping and other associated works.

STRATTON ST MARGARET: The front garden wall of 63 Swindon Road could be demolished across the full width of the property. The plans (reference S/21/1713JP) suggest removing the 1m by 5m by 0.4m structure.

BISHOPSTONE: Garstons Mead on Church Lane could have 14 solar panels installed south-east facing roofs of the house and the detached garage (reference S/H0U/21/1B54BL0WC)

WROUGHTON: Plans (reference S/H0U/21/1717EMMI16) for The Pitchens propose external alterations to the grounds including the adding of an iron gate, the reinstating of cellar windows, and installing replacement windows, a trickle extractor fan and an outelt in the east wall.

A separate application (reference S/LBC/21/1718EMMI16 ) includes details for other internal and external alterations

These include adding an iron gate, reinstating cellar windows, making alterations to and new internal doors, fitting new and replacement windows, reconfiguring the original kitchen and dining room to relocate the toilets, replacing ceiling and failing floor joists, removing upstairs partitions which obscure the original window, and add new trickle extractor fan and outlet to the east wall.

WROUGHTON: Nicholas John Gosling and Partners, which is trading as Berkeley Farm Dairy on Swindon Road, is applying to change its existing licence. The farm's owners want to add an operating centre to keep two goods vehicles and three trailers at Wood Farm.
