A BIKE-RIDING teenager damaged and spat on a car near Coate Water, police have said.
Three young people on bicycles were said to have stopped next to a car at the traffic lights on Coate Water roundabout at around 2.15pm on Monday.
When the lights turned green, one cyclist lashed out, damaging the car's wing mirror, denting the door and spitting on the bonnet.
The youth is described as being about 14, fair haired, about 5ft 9in and was wearing a red or orange top at the time of the crime.
Police have now launched a witness appeal and would like to speak to anyone who saw the alleged criminal damage incident, has dashcam footage or may know who is responsible.
