Wanborough's annual beer festival is returning to the village this weekend for the fourth time.

The annual event put on by local fundraising group The Old Boilers and held at the New Calley Arms pub will be taking place from Friday (April 22) and Saturday (April 23) (12noon-11pm) through to lunctime on Sunday.

At the festival punters can enjoy a wide range of beers and ciders from all over, and this year, there are weekend tickets available with people able to return with their souvenir glass and wristband from Friday for free entry on Saturday or Sunday.

All of the proceeds from the event are put back into the village by the Old Boilers, who first formed to help supply a boiler for St Andrew's Church

It also falls on St George's Day, so attendees are encouraged to embrace the regal pageantry of the occasion and dress up.

Tickets can be bought in advance on the website until midnight and entry can also be paid for on the day.
