Cartel Bushnell
TROWBRIDGE Police is appealing for the public's help in locating a 14-year-old boy who is believed to be missing in Wiltshire.
Cartel Bushnell was reported missing in Manchester, but is known to have links to the Trowbridge, Warminster and Westbury areas.
Concerns are growing for his welfare and the police is urging either Cartel himself or anyone with information about where he is, to call 101/999 and quote reference 54220063686.
