A NUMBER of dining spots across Wiltshire have been given a five-star health rating after recent inspections. 

Here are the 18 Wiltshire establishments given the hygiene ratings by the Food Standards Agency:

Restaurants, cafes and canteens 

The following ratings have been given to 11 restaurants, cafes or canteens: 

• Pret A Manger at 31 New Canal, Salisbury, rated on June 16 

• Fountain Cafe at Salisbury Medical Practice, Fisherton House, Fountain Way, Salisbury; rated on June 14 

• Costa Coffee at Starbucks, Dolphin Trading Estate, Southampton Road, Salisbury; rated on June 13 

• Burger King at Bath Road, Warminster, rated on June 10 

• Miss Bubble at 35a High Street, Amesbury, Salisbury, rated on June 10 

• The Coffee Garden at 4 Silver Street, Warminster, rated on June 10 

•The Mill Cafe at 5 Lamb Yard, Bradford On Avon, rated on June 10 

• McDonald's on Beanacre Road, Melksham, rated on June 8 

• Hillside Cafe at Hillside, Codford, Warminster, rated on May 27 

• Shakeaway at 36 Silver Street, Salisbury, rated on May 24 

• Special Wok Restaurant at 14 Endless Street, Salisbury, rated on May 24 

Pubs, bars and nightclubs 

And one five-star rating was also handed to Oddfellows at 71 High Street, Manton, Marlborough on June 14. 

Takeaways 

Six five-star ratings were also given to takeaways in the county:

• B's Cafe at 1 Westbury Mall, Edward Street, Westbury, rated on June 16 

• West Cornwall Pasty Company at Leigh Delamere Motorway Services Westbound, Leigh Delamere, rated on June 16 

• Domino's Pizza at 43 High Street, Warminster, rated on June 10 

• Costa Drive Thru at Costa, Bath Road, Chippenham, rated on June 9 

• Star Fish Bar at 3 Broxburn Road, Warminster, rated on May 25 

• Subway at 4a Market Place, Warminster, rated on May 25
