A motorist has fallen foul of a mini-roundabout and found themselves crashing into a brick wall.
The crash happened at the Park Lane junction in Corsham with the front of the purple vehicle left visibly crumpled up.
Officers from Wiltshire Police attended the scene just before 7pm, with the crash taking place just beforehand.
They were able to sufficiently manage traffic without the need for a temporary or full road closure, preventing more significant delays for passing motorists.
A witness at the scene said: "Police were waving traffic through slowly, I couldn't see any queues so things didn't seem that bad but obviously traffic was moving a bit more slowly."
It is not known how the accident occurred or if anyone was hurt.
