The main shopping centre in Trowbridge could be fully let within the next few months.
Managers at The Shires say they have offers on two vacant units leaving only two more empty units left to fill.
Centre manager, Sarah Moore said unit 24 which was formerly occupied by Carphone Warehouse is now under offer.

In addition, an offer to lease the former Body Shop store (unit 29) is in the hands of lawyers and an announcement is expected soon about the occupier.
That will leave only two vacant units left to fill – unit 20 formerly occupied by Pink Planet and unit 38 which is still let to Greggs, which has moved into a larger space next to Superdrug.
Ms Moore added: “We are doing really well. I am looking forward to filling the rest of the units up and being fully let.
