SWINDON Supermarine defender Jack Alexander has left the Webbswood Stadium, the Southern League Premier Division South club has announced.
Alexander had found it difficult to break into manager Lee Spalding’s starting line-up in recent weeks and has left the club in an attempt to find regular football.
Tomorrow's clash against Beaconsfield, which was postponed due to the latter's FA Cup progress, has been re-arranged for Tuesday, November 6 (7.45pm).
Meanwhile Chippenham Town’s FA Cup third qualifying round tie against either Hendon or Lancing will take place next Wednesday.
Mark Collier’s Bluebirds are without a match this weekend as Hendon and Lancing contest their second qualifying round replay following a draw in the first match on Tuesday.
That match will take place on Sunday because Lancing ground-share with Horsham, who are also in FA Cup home action on Saturday.
The winners will then travel to Hardenhuish Park next Wednesday (October 10, 7.45pm) for the third round qualifying tie. Should a replay be required, it will take place on Tuesday, October 16 at either 7.45pm at Lancing, or 7.30pm at Hendon.
