SWINDON Supermarine have been handed a home tie against Banbury United in the opening round of the FA Trophy.
Both teams are yet to feature in the competition as club's featuring in non-league's third tiers all entered the hat at this afternoon's draw, held at Wembley Stadium.
It's been a tough start for Lee Spalding's troops in the Evo-Stik South Premier Division South as they find themselves in the relegation zone having secured six points from their opening eight matches.
Banbury meanwhile have secured 16 points from their first 10 league contests in the South Premier Division Central.
The competition's next phase will see 72 ties take place on Saturday, October 27.
Winning clubs at this stage will receive £3,250 from the competition's prize fund.
