HMS Racing has agreed a new partnership ahead of the inaugural Touring Car Trophy Championship with Vehicle Repair and Recovery Centre, part of the 24hr Solutions group.

The agreement will see 24hr Solutions look after all of the bodywork repairs and requirements for HMS Racing’s podium-finishing British Touring Car Championship Alfa Romeo Giulietta – which will be embarking on an extensive test programme throughout 2019.

In addition, the team has also confirmed continued support from long-standing partner Finch Signs – which has been part of the Swindon squad’s motorsport activities for multiple seasons.

Headed-up by Phil Turner, 24hr Solutions looks after approximately 6,500 UK properties with projects also in Europe and in the USA.

Notably, Turner’s links with motorsport include active participation himself having made his race debut last season in the Legends Cars National Championship with MRF Tyres.

This year, Turner will be back on the grid in Legends again in his striking Team 247 ‘Help for Heroes’ liveried car.

Team principal Simon Belcher said: “We’re delighted to have agreed a deal with 24hr Solutions and its Vehicle Repair and Recovery Centre to be a partner of HMS Racing this year.

“We’re very much looking forward to working with Phil Turner [24hr Solutions director] and his team who have created a very successful business.

“Obviously, we hope there won’t be too many body panels to repair and repaint over the course of the year. Whatever happens, though, we know we have a great partner in 24hr Solutions ready to provide a top service.

“It’s also fantastic to retain the support of Finch Signs, who’ve been a long-standing partner to HMS Racing for many years.

“The service provided is consistently second to none, and we’re very proud to be joined by Finch once again for the coming year.”
