Planning appeals
CRUDWELL: An appeal has been lodged with the Planning Inspectorate against a refusal to allow planning permission to build 36 homes on land at Ridgeway Farm (to the rear of Athelstan Park) by Edenstone Homes.
Art show
CHIPPENHAM: There is an exhibition of art by Sarah Purvey at the museum. It runs from May 3 to July as part of the annual Artspace@Chippenham Museum season. It is called A Decade On, Drawing and Sculpture.
Museum volunteers
CHIPPENHAM: Seasonal volunteers to welcome visitors are needed at Chippenham Museum & Yelde Hall. There is an open day on Saturday, April 27, from 11am – 2pm to learn about what is involved.
Sing in spring
CALNE: The annual Spring Sing takes place in the town on Saturday, April 27, from 10am in New Market Square. The event continues all day with a variety of music.
Exhibition
MALMESBURY: The Creating Spaces, An exhibition of indoor and outdoor sculpture continues in the Abbey House Gardens this month with the Cotswold Sculptors.
