Barn is entered

A PADDOCK topper and a paddock cleaner were stolen from with a barn on Silver Street Lane, Brokerswood overnight between August 11 and 12.

Cables on fire

POLICE officers were called to Newleaze, Hilperton at 4am on August 15 following reports of a fire. Fire crews attended and extinguished the fire which had spread to the BT cables overhead.

Van lights stolen

THE back lights of a Ford Transit van were stolen whilst it was parked on Blind Lane, Southwick between 4pm on August 16 and 2am on Saturday.

Man is charged

A 37-YEAR-old man was arrested on Saturday and charged with theft from a shop. Christopher Hobgen of no fixed address has now been released on bail and will appear before Salisbury Magistrates Court on September 6.

Cars are damaged

A BRICK was thrown at the back windscreen of a car parked in Sangster Avenue, Melksham between 5.45pm and 5.55pm on August 14. The back windscreen of car parked in Bowden Crescent, Melksham was also smashed between 8.35am and 8.55am on August 15.

Car is seized

OFFICERS stopped a car in Bank Street, Melksham at 12.10pm on August 16 after checks discovered it had no MOT or tax.

Reg plate stolen

THE back number plate of a Nissan XTrail which was parked in Methuen Avenue Melksham was stolen overnight between August 16 and 17.
