The following people have appeared before Swindon Magistrates.

Devizes: Nathan Wesley Fray, 33, of Combe Walk, Devizes admitted breaching a community by failing to attend two induction appointments in June. He was fined £60.

Chippenham: Andrew Robert Vince, 52, of Lowden, Chippenham appeared before the court for breaking bail conditions. This offence was withdrawn. He pleaded guilty to attacking two women in Calne and was remanded on bail until October 3 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

Warminster: Natalie May Marsh, 24, of Boreham Field, Warminster pleaded guilty to speeding in Chester in March.

She was fined £100 and given three points on her driving licence.

Royal Wootton Bassett: Lee John Allen, 31 of no fixed address in Swindon stole various items worth £109.76 from a BP Garage, £54.20 worth from Iceland, £54 worth from Pets at Home and a bicycle all in Royal Wootton Bassett. He indicated a guilty plea to all charges except the bike theft charge where he pleaded not guilty. He was remanded in custody until Thursday (September 19).

Trowbridge: Daniel Stephen Miles, 30, of Willow Grove, Trowbridge assaulted an emergency worker whilst in custody at Melksham police station in November last year. He pleaded guilty to causing £40 worth of damage to chair and failing to provide breathe for analysis. He has been remanded on unconditional bail until October 11.
