Chippenham: A warrant of arrest was issued for Younes Benmohammed, 41 of Bristol Road, Chippenham who breached a community order issued in July by failing to attend two appointments.

Trowbridge: Stanislaw Bielecki, 64 of Lamplighters Walk, Trowbridge was granted an application to revoke a community order for an offence in September last year, due to a language barrier. He was charged £500.

Devizes: Charlotte Davis, 22, of Long Street, Devizes failed to comply with the requirements of a community order issued in August by failing to attend four appointments. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Staverton: Shaquille Gordon, 25, of The Slipway, Staverton was fined £760 after failing to comply with a community order made in August last year by failing to attend his unpaid work sessions.

Devizes: Michael McEleavey, 35, of Mayenne Place, Devizes was granted an application to amend requirements of his community order issued in May as he is unable to work due to ill health.

Melksham: Brogan Nicole Pullinger, 26, of The Friars, Melksham failed to comply with the requirements of a community order issued in August by failing to attend two appointments. A warrant for her arrest has been issued.

Devizes: Simon Sherman, 47, of Waiblingen Way, Devizes requested to revoke a community order issued in June due to change in circumstances. The case was adjourned to October 22.

Malmesbury: Gerry Arnold, 21, of Tonbridge, appeared before the courts charged with molesting a five-year-old girl in Malmesbury. He entered no pleas and was remanded in custody to appear before Swindon Crown Court on November 1.

Chippenham: Jordan Hudd, 19, of Flowers Yard, Chippenham, must do 160 hours of unpaid work and pay £100 compensation after he pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The assault happened in Chippenham on June 7.

ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: Derek King, 66, of Church Street, was fined £443 and banned from driving for 12 month after he admitted drink-driving near his home. He must pay £137 in costs and surcharge.

Marlborough: Emma Scott, 29, of Rabley Wood View, Marlborough, was given a four week curfew after she pleaded guilty to two charges of assault by beating. Scott was also told to pay £175 compensation, complete 25 rehabilitation days.

Calne: Geoffrey Sensalirae, 33, of Forman Street, Calne, pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without a licence and failing to stop after he damaged a picket fence. He was fined £350, ordered to pay £700 compensation and £120 in surcharge and costs. Sensalirae was banned from driving for 14 months.

Calne: Charlotte Davis, 22, of Primrose Close, Calne failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 1. She was fined £50.

Trowbridge: A 17-year-old boy from Salisbury pleaded not guilty to supplying cocaine and cannabis in Trowbridge at Youth Court in Salisbury. He has been released on bail and will return to court on November 28.

Chippenham: A 16-year-old boy from Chippenham pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in Westbury at Youth Court in Salisbury. He was referred to a youth offender panel for four months and fined £50.

Trowbridge: A 16-year-old girl from Trowbridge pleaded guilty to stealing two bottles of brandy worth £70 from Tesco Extra and assault at the Youth Court in Salisbury. A youth rehabilitation order was made and she was charged £91.

Warminster: Callum Caldwell, 18, of Westleigh, Warminster was charged with taking a car without the owner’s consent and driving without insurance or a licence. The case has been moved from Youth Court to Magistrates’ Court.

Chippenham: Shannon Graham, of Milbourne Way, Chippenham submitted an application for a closure order in respect of her address.

Chippenham: Caleb Crayford, 22, of Wood Lane, Chippenham was charged with trespassing and two counts of fraud.

Calne: Saffron Maslen, 21 of Page Close, Calne was charged with stealing £15,297.58 cash from Sainsburys between April 2018 and September 2018. The case was sent to crown court.
