Drugs are found

TWO men were arrested on suspicion of being in possession of drugs at 12.39am on November 6 in Roundstone Street, Trowbridge. Kevin Brown, 56, was charged with possession of a controlled drug and is due to appear in court on November 29.

Knives are found

A MAN was found to be in possession of three lock knives in Roundstone Street, Trowbridge on Friday at 4.30pm. The 37-year-old man who was stopped in broad daylight has been summonsed for the offence.

Attempted theft

A WOULD-BE thief failed to prise open the window and door of a car parked in Mills Road, Melksham, on November 3.

Post box damaged

THE door of a post box in Martins Road, Keevil, was damaged on Friday.

Car is damaged

THE back window of car was smashed when it was parked in Upper Broad Street, Trowbridge overnight on November 6. On the same night, another car was broken into whilst it was parked in Frome Road, Trowbridge and a small amount of loose change was stolen.

Fence was cut

A BARBED wire fence was cut through in Shails Lane, Trowbridge. The damage was done between 12 noon on November 6 and 9am on November 7.

Driver is charged

A MAN was stopped whilst driving on Frome Road, Trowbridge at 12.44pm on Saturday. Martin Whitehouse, 52 from Diane Rise, Winsley has been charged with drink driving and will appear in court on December 6.
