FOLLOWING their previous support in sponsoring the U12s girls side, Highworth Town Junior have received a further sponsorship boost from the Co-Op after the supermarket chain agreed a new sponsorship deal with the club.

Highworth Town Juniors chairman Mark Collett said: “We are delighted with the support given by the local store.

“We have been working on this deal for a little while now and once we learned they wanted to be on board, it was important to us to be able to give the Co-Op as much coverage as possible.

“We believe we will build a successful partnership with them going forward.”

Highworth Co-Op store manager Sean Varney added: “We were keen to be involved further after our initial deal to provide a new kit for the U12s girls team.

“It was obvious the club is progressing on and off the field, so we wanted to lend a hand a little further.

“As the largest supermarket in the town, we see many children come into store wearing their kits and jackets, so we see this as extending our support in the community.”

Highworth Town Juniors boasts more than 30 boys and girls teams as well as three teams for children with disabilities.
