RELATIVES who have lost loved ones are being invited to join a special Light and Love remembrance event at the RUH Spiritual Care Centre at 3pm this afternoon (December 5).
The event has been organised by the hospital’s charity The Forever Friends Appeal.
It will allow friends and family to share memories and celebrate the lives of loved ones together.
Jan Witt, In Memory and Legacy Officer, The Forever Friends Appeal, said: “We want to give people the opportunity to gather with friends, family and their local community to pay tribute to those they have loved and lost. We welcome anyone who wishes to attend, regardless of faith.”
As part of the ceremony, guests will be given a star to hang on the Christmas tree and light a candle as a dedication.
The Light and Love gathering is from 3pm at the RUH Spiritual Care Centre in Bath.
