CHIPPENHAM Town forward Karnell Chambers has been suspended by the club over FA offences with regard to gambling on football matches.
The Bluebirds confirmed the news on Thursday afternoon but have refused to make any further comment at this stage on the future of the 22-year-old.
Chambers, who joined Mike Cook's men in March 2018, failed to come off the bench on Saturday as Chippenham claimed a 1-0 win over Hemel Hempstead.
He last scored on January 4 in a 3-2 defeat to Tonbridge Angels.
