A PLANNING appeal has been made against a Wiltshire Council decision to refuse permission for new homes to be built in a village near Chippenham.
Celia and John Fry and Susan Gwillym want to demolish garage buildings and refurbish a bungalow at Kington Langley Garage, Malmesbury Road, Kington Langley and then put up four new homes.
But Wiltshire Council turned down the plan and now the three applicants have appealed.
The planning inspectorate has decided the appeal will be heard through written representations but warns the Wiltshire Council planning portal is not working.
A spokesman said: “Appeal documents may not be available to view on the website in the short term. Please email planningappeals@wiltshire.gov.uk.” People have until March 12 to comment.
