THE following people have appeared before magistrates in Swindon or Salisbury recently:

WESTBURY: Magdalena Chrzanowska, 38, of Primmers Place, has been told to pay £394.80 in fines, costs, victim surcharge and compensation, after she failed to buy a ticket for a train journey from Trowbridge on October 29.

CHIPPENHAM: Callum Davidson, 35, of Hollybush Close, was told to pay £401.10, after failing to buy a ticket for a train journey from Bath Spa on October 29.

WARMNSTER: Vladuci Duriso, 25, of West Street, was told to pay £394.80 after he failed to buy a ticket for a train journey from Trowbridge on October 28.

CHIPPENHAM: Aaron King, 35, of Palmer Street, was ordered to pay £401.10 after he failed to buy a ticket for a train journey at Bath Spa on October 29.

TROWBRIDGE: Jenna Sawyer, 33, of Park Road, was told to pay £402.90 after she failed to buy a ticket for a train journey at Bristol Temple Meads on November 13.

HOLT: Andrew John Randall, 42, of Hawcroft, has been given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months after he admitted contacting a woman and used or threatened violence against her between February 14 and 17. He was also ordered to pay £282 in costs, compensation and a victim surcharge by April 9.

LACOCK: Nathan Lee Fullalove, 29, of Corsham Road, has been given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months after he admitted damaging a window at Lacock on January 29 and two charges of assaulting a woman on January 29.

He must also comply with the requirements of a Building Better Relationships rehabilitation programme and carry out 70 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months. He was told to pay £207 in costs and a victim surcharge.

MELKSHAM: Tzuke Lorian George Pearce, 30, of Padfield Gardens, has been given a nine-week prison sentence suspended for 24 months for an offence of sending an threatening electronic communication to someone which was likely to cause anxiety or distress. He also admitted breaching a community order made on November 26 on March 14 and it was revoked. He must also comply with the requirements of a Building Better Relationships rehabilitation programme and carry out 78 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months.

DEVIZES: A case against Pamela Pearce, 82, of Sheep Street, has been adjourned to April 20 at Swindon Magistrates' Court to enable payment arrangements to be made for the non-payment of a fine of £8,570.41 imposed on February 29, 2016. A warrant for her arrest was withdrawn.

LYNEHAM: A case against Paul Simon Christian, 47, of Iles Court, Goatacre, was adjourned to April 1 at Swindon Magistrates' Court. He is charged with stealing goods worth £25.91 from B&M in Chippenham on September 22 last year.

MALMESBURY: Allison Curtis, 47, of Avenue De Gien, Filands Park, is to face a charge of drink-driving at Swindon Magistrates' Court on April 1. She was stopped on the A429 at Malmesbury on September 2.

CHIPPENHAM: Dean Marc McMullen, 34, of Hill Rise, has been banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £317 in fines, costs and victim surcharge after he admitted drink-driving on Station Hill, Chippenham, on January 12.

CALNE: Isabel Madeline Ratcliffe Schofield, 20, of Anchor Road, has been remanded on bail until April 8 by Swindon magistrates for pre-sentence reports to be prepared. She has admitted four charges, of damaging a pair of glasses belonging to PC Spencer, assaulting PCs Spencer and Twyford and being drunk in charge of a child under the age of seven on the A4 Gallops, Beckhampton, on January 13.

TROWBRIDGE: Mariusz Kownacki, 37, of The Old Mill, Ashton Street, has been remanded on bail until July 2 by Swindon magistrates. He has pleaded not guilty to approaching a woman in Trowbridge on February 26, and sending a text message to her on February 27, which he was prohibited from doing under a non-molestation order. He has been ordered not to contact her directly or indirectly.

MALMESBURY: Robin Outlaw, 55, of Easton Square, Sherston, has been remanded on unconditional bail to April 9 charged with assaulting a woman by beating on January 1.
