THE number of people in the UK who died after testing positive for coronavirus has soared by another record amount.

The latest figures revealed that, as of 5pm on Monday, the UK death toll total now stands at 6,159.
There are 156 cases in Wiltshire and 75 in Swindon.
The different nations in the UK collate their figures at different times throughout the day, so there are sometimes discrepancies between the UK government's total and each nation's.
Individually, they reported 758 new deaths in England, 74 in Scotland, 19 in Wales and three in Northern Ireland.
