After more than six months of restrictions, Alzheimer’s Support has reopened its Memory Café and Music for the Mind groups in the King Alfred Hall in Chippenham.
The café offers activities, chat and a chance to catch up informally with dementia professionals.
Sarah Marriott, head of community services, said: “We’re so pleased to restart our community groups and look forward to welcoming new members. There’s a real family feel to them and even though staff and volunteers have to wear PPE, we are determined to ensure the sessions are as enjoyable as ever and feel normal.”
