IT’S not nice to lose two home games in a row and we’re definitely going to come out this weekend looking for a reaction to that.

Whether it’s a case of us being caught out by the opposition having a really good game, or us not being at our best – I think it’s a little bit of both.

We definitely haven’t been at our best and our consistency through games has been poor. We have spells where we play great hockey and then spells when we are very poor.

I think we have let ourselves down in the transition of forwards getting back to help out on defence.

We had a good talk after losing at home to Raiders last Saturday and we were much better against Peterborough Phantoms on Sunday and were unlucky to lose in overtime.

Hopefully we can take a bit of momentum from that game and start to get the form rolling again at home, starting against Invicta Dynamos this weekend.

Our team has been built to perform every night, so when we don’t turn up and perform, it is a big problem.

We have high expectations and we know that the way the team has been built is to win.

We have really got to start doing that this weekend because the last home match against Raiders wasn’t acceptable.

That game was also my 500th game for the Wildcats. I am very proud to hit such a milestone and 10 years is one hell of a long time to be associated with a club.

It would have been a lot sweeter to have finished with a win, but it is amazing to be at this club for so long.

I love it at Swindon and I was thrilled with all the support I got from the fans. There were a lot of good luck messages, so it was an incredible response.

In my personal opinion, I think we have the best fans in the league by far.

They are incredible, they are there getting behind us every week, so we really do owe them a performance this weekend and a big win too.

No team can be underestimated in his league – Raiders showed us that on Saturday. They put in one hell of a performance to get the win.

Although Invicta are having a bit of a tough time this season, we can’t take anything for granted. We have to take the game to them and work hard for 60 minutes.
