CHIPPENHAM Town have re-signed striker David Pratt for the 2019-20 season.
Pratt was a key member of the Bluebirds side who were crowned Southern League Premier Division champions in 2017.
However, just four months into Chippenham’s maiden National League South campaign, Pratt departed for league rivals Wealdstone.
The 31-year-old will be back at Hardenhuish Park this summer, though, with manager Mark Collier persuading him to return ahead of the coming campaign.
Collier said: “David was top of our priority list when we discussed recruitment.
“He finished as Wealdstone's top goal scorer last season and will add undoubted firepower to our offensive options.
“His work-rate and desire ensures his signature will prove very popular with the fans.”
