CHAMBERS Elizabeth Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 19th August 2014 aged 95 years. Elizabeth will be sadly missed by her daughter Hilary and son Ian. Funeral service to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium, Swindon on Wednesday 3rd September 2014 at 12.00 noon. No flowers but donations may be given, if desired to Diabetes UK.
