SMITH Theresa On 11th September 2014, peacefully at Great Western Hospital, aged 73 years. A much loved lady who will be sadly missed by her husband Brian, son Colin, daughter-in-law Pat, grandson James and all of her family and friends. The family would like to sincerely thank all Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Saturn Ward for their care and support of Theresa during her time with them. Funeral Thursday 25th September, 12.00 noon at Kingsdown Crematorium. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired in memory of Theresa may be sent to a charity of your own choice.
