Humphreys Sylvia Passed away peacefully with her family at her side at the Great Western Hospital on 3rd October 2015, aged 78. Loving wife to Geoff, beloved mum to Karl, Kim, Michele and Emma, loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, and dearest sister to June. Funeral service to be held at Kingsdown Crematorium on 22nd October at 12.45pm.
