PHELPS Carol Passed away at the Prospect Hospice on Wednesday 18th May. Carol was the much loved wife of John, treasured Mother of Julie, Paula and Mike, and devoted Nanny to Hadley. Funeral to be held on Thursday 9th June, 12 noon at Kingsdown Crematorium. Please wear colourful attire. Immediate family flowers only, however donations would be appreciated to the Prospect Hospice.
