HULBERT Carol Ann Passed away peacefully at the Prospect Hospice on 11th March 2017, aged 68 years. The devoted wife of Paul, loving mum to Kirsten and Justin, dear mum-in-law to Jason and amazing nanny to Harry, Georgia and Emily. Carol touched many hearts and will be terribly missed. Funeral service at Kingsdown Crematorium on 3rd April at 11.15. No flowers please, but donations if desired in Carol's memory to Oxford Radcliffe NHS Trust (Swindon Renal Unit) or Prospect Hospice c/o Hillier Funeral Service, 170 Victoria Road, Swindon, SN1 3DF.
