POWELL Cecil Rodney 'Rod' Passed away on 6th April 2017, aged 74 years. Dearly loved husband of Ingrid, dad of Bryan and Tim and their partners Michele and Dawn. Grandad of Ceri and Molly and known as grandad to Derek, Kayley, Joe and their children. Funeral service to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium on Thursday 11th May at 11.15am.
