WOOLFORD Jane Denise Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on 11th February 2018, aged 66 years. Devoted wife of Ross, loving mother to May and Luke and grandmother to Arla, Lyli-Rose and Joshua. Funeral service to be held at Kingsdown Crematorium on Friday 9th March at 1.30pm. No mourning clothes please.
