SPACKMAN née HAINES Barbara Millicent 1932 - 2018 Peacefully passed away on 9th August 2018 at Great Western Hospital. Loving Wife of Cyril (deceased), beloved mother of Peter and Colin (deceased), mother-in-law to Ann and Vanessa and grandmother to Ryan, Hugh, Carla and Hannah, she will be missed by all. A special thanks to staff on Falcon Ward. Service to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium on Friday 31st August at 12 noon.
