SWINDON Town striker Nile Ranger has been charged with one count of criminal damage.
Wiltshire Police have confirmed that Ranger, 23, of Gordon Gardens, Swindon, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Swindon Magistrates' Court tomorrow morning.
He will face no further action over an assault allegation.
It comes after CCTV footage was released at the weekend of Ranger outside his town centre flat.
Swindon Town Football Club have also summoned their player to a disciplinary hearing to take place later this week.
