Former Chelsea footballer Kerry Dixon will be visiting the Swindon RAF Association Club on Saturday for an entertaining evening looking back on his life and career.

There will also be a raffle with a signed and framed Chelsea shirt, a signed football and a signed copy of Kerry’s autobiography Up Front all up for grabs.

Football fans will have the chance to have their photo taken with the ex-Chelsea and England striker and get two items of memorabilia signed by him. Kerry scored 193 goals when he played for Chelsea, making him the club’s third-highest goalscorer of all time.

The 55-year-old also scored four goals during his eight international appearances in the England football team and represented England at the 1986 World Cup. He also played for Millwall, Reading, Southampton, Luton Town, Watford and Doncaster Rovers before he retired.

The event will start at 7.30pm and will be compered by local publican and former Swindon town defender Phil King. Tickets cost £10 per person.
