DEVIZES School is getting ready to go mad when youngsters from a theatre school take centre stage for its third production since launching a year ago.
Mac's Theatre School is to perform Our House to the music of Madness from February 15 to 17 at Devizes School. Company director Stuart MacFarlane is delighted with the way the new group has taken off.
He said: "We are excited to showcase just how talented young people can be given the right support and guidance – plus, I love Madness. A huge thank you must go to Devizes School for their continued support, allowing us to offer superb and affordable theatre training for the young people of Wiltshire."
The group's first production was Beauty And The Beast last February which was followed by Wendy and Peter Pan in July. More recently youngsters
successfully auditioned to appear at Disneyland Paris as part of the Disney performing arts programme.
The main theatre school is open to children aged from six to 18 but there are also Mini Macs classes for youngsters aged six to 10.
