RAIL services from Cheltenham to London Paddington have been hit by delays, with Great Western Railway blaming a shortage of train drivers.
Network Rail has this advice for passengers.
Cheltenham Spa to London Paddington
- Bus replacement service between Gloucester and Swindon for those passengers stopping at Stonehouse, Stroud and Kemble.
- Passengers who don't want to get off at those three stations should travel via Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Parkway.
The problems are expected to last until the end of the day.

How do I claim a refund?
Great Western Railway say it will refund the full cost of your journey if you are delayed by more than an hour. So, people with a single fare can claim back 100 per cent of their ticket price while those with a return fare can only claim 50 per cent.
You'll need to fill in a compensation claim form, which is available from the Great Western Railway website.
