ENVIRONMENT conscious business Shredhouse has said goodbye to its managing director after 23 years growing the family from from a tea of two to a purpose built manufacturing plant in Pewsey.
Phil Stephens retired from the gift packaging company that recently started creating shredded paper packaging from disposable coffee cups. Ex wife Jo Stephens-Cosford has taken over as managing director having worked alongside Mr Stephens since its launch in 1995.
She said: “The strong client base and reputation that Phil and I have developed with the team, puts the company in a strong position for the future. But it is a competitive market and we are always looking to innovate and improve our processes and products.”
