Constantine Voulgaris, who was killed in a crash in Marlborough Road last June
THE driver involved in a car crash that claimed the life of his friend Constantine Voulgaris will face trial in May.
Luke John Cowley, of Shipton Grove, has denied causing the death of the 19-year-old in the crash on Marlborough Road in June last year by driving dangerously.
Constantine, known to his family and friends as Costi, was a passenger in the vehicle and died shortly after the collision.
Cowley, 18, appeared at Swindon Crown Court earlier this month when Judge Doulgas Field set a trial date for May 20, not May 28 as we previously reported.
