A SINGLE male driver had a narrow escape when he emerged from his vehicle largely unharmed after it flipped onto its roof close to Ashton Keynes yesterday.
The commercial vehicle was travelling along a country road close to the village at around 3pm yesterday in wet conditions when it struck the grass verge and overturned into the middle of the road.
Sgt Martin Avis, of Wiltshire Police, said: “This was a lucky escape of the single male occupant. The roads are wet so drivers should take care.”
