WITH their cup matches postponed, both Bradford United Reserves and Heytesbury are to be commended for accepting a league fixture at such short notice.
A 6-1 victory for the villagers avenged a 3-0 defeat three weeks ago. Heytesbury led on nine minutes through Leigh Kennedy.
A thunderous 20 yard strike from Joe Martin doubled the visitors’ lead but Tim Bruton pulled a goal back. Three more second-half goals from Kennedy and one from Brendan Hind sealed the win.
